ID CARD
- The name and ID number of each student will be encoded in the card.
- Students are required to carry their ID cards with them at all times and to produce them whenever they are asked to do so.
- The period of validity for each card will be the minimum time required for the student to graduate. The period of validity is summarized as follows:

If one is to remain at ICU beyond the expiration date of the ID card, the card will have to be renewed. In this case, the renewal period will be one year. A photo of 4 cm×3 cm is required for renewal (fee free).
- Students who have lost or inadvertently destroyed their ID cards should inform the EAG without delay. New ID card will be issued after the student concerned has completed the prescribed form, and submitted it to the Educational Affairs Group.
- For the reissue of ID card, fee of ¥1,000 must be paid by payment stamp, which can be purchased from the vending machine at the west end of the Administration Building, 2nd floor. New ID card will be issued after an interval of one day.
